Adding 5-10%  Hard Additive to LR Leather Colour allows refinishing of heavier leathers where scratch resistance is more important than flexibility. It also enables recolouring of plastics, vinyls and other materials previously considered only refinishable with a solvent based paint.

    I have tried leather dyes which where ok but before even sitting on the Leather seats I could see it starting to come off in places mainly natural creases in the Leather, this is with full clean, sand etc. Mixing this in with Leather Resto dyes helped alot, not so easy to scratch off now, even said good bye to the vinyl dies for the plastics and dash, door cards etc. with the protector on top etc gives a soft leatery feel to the plastics and vinyl too.
